Description
- Market and sell Megaworld Corporation properties through various sales and marketing initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and develop Property Specialists.
- Create marketing activities for their sales team.
- Conduct regular coordination and meetings with Property Specialists.
- Supervise marketing and sales activities of their sales team.
- Reports directly to their assigned Sales Director.
- Graduate of any bachelors degree or must have completed at least 2 years in college
- With at least 2 years of related managerial experience real estate industry.
- Preferably licensed Real Estate Broker/ Salesperson
- With strong presentation skills and excellent planning skills.
- Open to work during weekends and holidays.
- Must have at least 3 recruits of Property Specialist
