Monitoring Staff, Cavite

The Monitoring or Planning role is crucial in overseeing and optimizing various aspects of organizational operations or projects. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can assess performance metrics, identify trends, and develop plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Fleet Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are operational, safe, and compliant with regulations.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor fuel usage and maintain efficient fueling procedures.
• Implement strategies to optimize fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing fleet operations, including environmental and safety standards.
• Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Investigate accidents or incidents involving fleet vehicles and implement corrective actions.

Budgeting and Reporting:

• Develop and manage the fleet budget, tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.
• Prepare regular reports on fleet operations, including maintenance expenses, fuel consumption, and fleet utilization metrics.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, such as department heads, to understand fleet needs and provide effective solutions.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in monitoring, planning, data analysis, or project management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
