Description

Inspects, tests and evaluates incoming new production machines and equipment.
Prepares maintenance schedule for all the machine and equipment all throughout the year.
Makes sure that the maintenance is completely performed and well documented.
Updates machine and equipment working status.
Handles the issuance and revision of programs for equipment used by production for their inspection process.
Participates in group or quality meetings (i.e. market claims or internal claims)
Provides analysis and disposition of machines trouble report.
Processes temporary countermeasures for broken or damaged equipment.
Prepares spare parts and auxiliary item requests each month for production use.
Prepares and updates the machine cookbook which consists of equipment troubleshooting procedures.
Discuss to the production the proper use of machine and equipment.

Requires knowledge of electronic equipment used in the production area. Have initiative in performing assigned tasks.
Must be a computer literate.
Requires College Graduate
Preferably with experience in a related field but not required
