Provision of First Aid

• Provide first aid treatment for injuries or sudden illnesses that occur in the workplace.
• Arrange transportation to a hospital when necessary.

• Manage schedules and support the implementation of regular health checkups for employees.
• Record the results and conduct follow-ups as needed.

Health Consultation and Mental Care

• Respond to employees concerns regarding their physical and mental health.
• Offer advice on stress management and maintaining good health.

Workplace Sanitation Management

• Ensure a clean and safe working environment and make suggestions for improvements.
• Implement measures to prevent infectious diseases (e.g., influenza, COVID-19).

Documentation and Report Preparation

• Keep records of injuries, illnesses, and health guidance provided.
• Assist in preparing documents for submission to regulatory bodies such as the Labor Standards Office.

Health Education for Employees

• Plan and conduct seminars or workshops on health management for employees.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing required.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in PHRN, First-Aid, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of medical protocols essential.
