  3. Prepares simple training courses as required.
  4. Responsible for updating skills training programs and records.
  5. Assists the Production Department in the skills certification of production personnel.
  6. Coordinates the training needs/requirements and education-related matters of the company
  1. With or without experience in related field
  2. Requires at least a minimum of bachelor's degree
  3. Must have good oral and written communication and basic training skills.
  4. Knowledge in basic computer operations.
  5. Must be able to operate the computer and use basic computer software.
