Description
- Proactively engage with customers to provide resolution to inquiries and issues.
- Maintain a high level of service ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues with service or billing, maintain customer satisfaction, document customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Contribute to team effort by meeting key performance indicators and targets.
- Stay current with system information, changes, and updates relevant to our customer base.
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of a High/Senior High School degree.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required, entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service orientation, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, proficiency in using computers and related software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, requires sitting for extended periods, may include shift work and weekend assignments.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, adaptive, with a positive attitude and an aptitude for active listening.
