Preparing PEZA forms (8106, 8105)

Coordination with suppliers for the required documents.

Coordination with the brokers for the release of imported goods.

Checking of brokers billing

Facilitation of shipments and required documents and permits.

Coordinated compliance with PEZA and BOC regarding shipments and movements.

Monitors shipments for both import and export.

Oversee the overall operations of the Warehouse Department.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other department to meet demand.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse leaders and operators.

Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong background with PEZA processing of import and export requirements including LOA
• Previous experience in manufacturing company is an advantage but not a requirement
• Experience with warehousing is a plus
