Description

Enforce deed of restrictions, Homeowner Association rules and regulations, amenities rules and regulations, security protocols and construction guidelines.
Perform daily inspection and prepare status report of projects amenities/facilities.
Conduct daily coordination meetings with Estate Admin Department contractual personnel and monitor daily time records.
Monitor/control/prepare materials requisition and job estimate.
Perform daily inspection and prepare status report of tempo lines and water system operations.
Responsible for the care, custody and upkeep of all Ready for occupancy and Model Units.
Coordinate and monitor construction/renovation works.
Conduct facilities annual fire drill and first aid/earthquake seminar.
Performs other actions as may be required from time to time.
