HR Specialist/Assistant, Cavite

Description

Recruitment be responsible for the recruitment of various positions in the new factory, formulate recruitment plans, optimize the recruitment process, and ensure the timeliness of personnel arrival at their posts.
Collaborate with the heads of various departments to clarify job requirements, and develop job descriptions and job qualifications.
Publish job positions on mainstream recruitment platforms (such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Kalibrr, etc.) and maintain recruitment channels.
Expand candidate resources through various channels.
Screen resumes, organize initial telephone/video interviews, arrange departmental second-round interviews, and ensure that candidates match the positions.
Evaluate the candidates' capabilities and cultural adaptability.
Process Coordination and Onboarding Follow-up
Coordinate interview arrangements, and follow up on candidates' background checks, salary negotiations, and the issuance of employment offers.Assist new employees in handling onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
