Job Description

Responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms and ensuring a smooth customer experience, particularly handling return and refund cases, and ensuring timely stocking and accurate listings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a good understanding of digital commerce operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor online stores (eg., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.)
  • Upload, update and optimize product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels across platforms.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking of items as needed.
  • List new products with appropriate images, descriptions, and specifications.
  • Ensure all listings are aligned with the platform guidelines and brand standards.
  • Process and resolve return and refund requests from customers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for proper case closure.


Qualifications

- Graduate of BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.

- Experience in e-commerce or online retail operations is an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Good communication skills and customer service mindset.

- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and basic office software tools.
