Machine Operator Job Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing machines to ensure efficient production operations while following company quality and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Perform machine setup and basic troubleshooting during production.
• Ensure products are produced according to quality standards and production schedules.
• Conduct routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Accomplish production reports and documentation as required.
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance personnel regarding machine concerns.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or with latest NC II Certification in Machinery.
• With experience in a pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing company.
• Has experience handling different machines in the manufacturing industry.
• Willing to be assigned in San Mateo, Rizal.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
