Production Supervisor

Location: San Mateo, Rizal

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy (Registered Pharmacist is an advantage), Industrial Engineering, or Food Technology
• With proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledgeable in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP, and quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to be assigned in San Mateo, Rizal

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations and ensure that production targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve operational goals.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment for all production personnel.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.
