Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Area Office - HO, this position is responsible for identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and recommending solutions for opportunities that arise. The role is also responsible for ensuring branch ISO compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

A. Conduct Regular Audit

• Conduct Digital FB Page Audit
• Conduct Private Teachers Loan Documentation Audit

B. ISO Compliance

• Conduct ISO compliance check-ups
• Ensure HO employees compliance with team policies and procedures

C. Non-Conformance Management

• Issue and monitor Corrective Action Requests (CAR)
• Prepare and issue QA reports

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or any Business-related course
• At least 13 years of experience in Audit
• Experience in ISO and regulatory frameworks
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Preferably residing in Rizal
