Substation O&M Supervisor, Rizal

Responsible for monitoring and keeping track of all operations performed in the Substation. Coordinate with service providers for any issues with the plant and with employees regarding the activities to be done in accordance with the O&M Manual. Substation O&M Supervisor main goal is to ensure that operations of the Substation go smoothly. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Handle and Supervise the manpower and daily Substation Operation.
2. Coordinate daily with the Plant Operation and Maintenance and other service providers during normal and abnormal conditions in relation to the operation and maintenance of the plant.
3. Monitor, track and keeps records on all operational and maintenance activities performed. Immediately coordinate and report to the owner or Plant operation any discrepancies might hinder the continuous operation of the plant.
4. Plan and schedule all maintenance activities to be performed as specified in the O & M manual.
5. Submit and coordinate with the owner and plant operation all maintenance schedules to be performed.  
6. Close coordination and updating on the status of rectification being made until line/equipment is normalized on any sustained faults. All details of the tripping incident shall be recorded in an applicable form and on the operations logbook.
7. Coordinate with the Grid/Utility for required reports and requirements 
8. Coordinate with the Grid/Utility during planned and unplanned isolation/energization
9. Immediate reporting on all fault incident including the initial information and coordination to different functional group in the Plant Operation.
10. Recommend and conduct staff trainings, and also monitor training when due to ensure enhanced performances and quality delivery of services at all times. 
11. Remote monitoring on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and 24/7 fault notification response.
12. Implement and conduct tool box meeting on every activity to be performed on the Substation.
13. Attend all meetings in behalf the AARI Management as may require by the Owners or Plant Operation with regards to or with concerns to the daily operation of the plant.
14. Other tasks that the VP Operations may assign. 

QUALIFICATION SUMMARY:

1. Graduate of Bachelors/College Degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. With a valid Professional License. 
3. With a minimum of 5 years experience in monitoring and operation of Sub-Station Operation and Maintenance in Supervisory role.
4. Knowledgeable in operating and monitoring of substation equipment, monitoring, and protective devices.
5. Knowledgeable in Fault/Alarm Interpretation is an advantage.
6. With strong leadership skills. 
7. Proficient in MS Office.
8. Strong computer skills. Knowledge of Engineering Software and Applications are preferred. 
9. Good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
10. Good organizational skills. 
11. Data organization and attention to detail skills. 
12. Can drive Manual and Automatic Vehicle Type with a valid Drivers License.
13. Willing to be assigned to any point in the Philippines.
