Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or any Business-related course
13 years experience in Audit
Experience in ISO and regulatory compliance is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferably residing in Rizal
Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits including digital FB page and loan documentation audits
Perform ISO compliance checks and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Assist in identifying risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
Issue and monitor corrective action requests (CARs)
Prepare and submit QA audit reports
Support compliance monitoring for internal and branch operations
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives
