Metro Jobs and Payment Solution Inc. is urgently looking for Production Helper / Warehouseman

Job Requirements:

• At least High School Graduate
• With or without experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations
• Physically fit and able to perform manual lifting, standing for long hours, and shift work
• Willing to work in shifting schedule / overtime / holidays if needed
• Has good attention to detail and can follow instructions accurately
• Team player with good work attitude and reliability

Production:

• Assist in the production process based on assigned tasks or work instructions
• Operate basic production equipment or machines (if required and trained)
• Ensure products are made according to quality standards and specifications
• Perform packaging, labeling, and sorting of finished goods
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets

Warehouse:

• Receive, check, and store incoming raw materials and finished goods
• Prepare items for dispatch, delivery, or transfer
• Maintain proper inventory records and stock arrangement
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods

General:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area (5S compliance)
• Follow safety rules and company policies at all times
• Report damaged, defective, or missing items immediately
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding production or inventory concerns
• Perform other related tasks as assigned
