Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage customer complaints
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Amenable with shifting schedule
- Willing to be assigned in Marcos Highway, Antipolo
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, coach, and develop team members to ensure optimal performance
- Address customer inquiries and concerns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders throughout the order fulfillment process (pickup to drop-off) to ensure service standards are met
- Prepare and analyze reports on team performance and customer feedback
- Stay updated on industry best practices and implement improvements to enhance service quality
- Perform other tasks as assigned
