Location: Taytay Rizal

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM


Job Summary:

Responsible for processing customer orders, accurate data entry, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and encode customer orders accurately
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams
  • Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery
  • Prepare invoices, reports, and related documentation
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding orders
  • Maintain organized and updated transaction records


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
