Machine Operator, Rizal

Job Description:

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining farm machinery and equipment used in production, feed processing, or facility operations. This role ensures efficient machine performance, adherence to safety standards, and support to overall farm productivity.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial operations is an advantage.
• Prior experience in operating machinery, preferably in farm, feed mill, or production environments.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, standing, and bending.
• Responsible, disciplined, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, or overtime as required.
• Familiarity with farm safety, sanitation, and biosecurity protocols is an advantage.
