Job Description

• Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, track and update warehouse inventory using system.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders accurately and timely. Process documents related to goods in and goods out.
• Inspecting and Testing Parts: inspect parts requested, ensure all parts are in good condition. Test returned In Warranty Parts.
• Organization: Keep the warehouse well-organized to enable easy location of items. This includes regularly updating the inventory system, labelling items, and maintaining a clean working environment.
• Safety Compliance: Comply with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. This includes wearing proper safety gear and following safety protocols.
• Quality Control: Conduct routine checks and maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Communication: Coordinate with other departments like sales and customer service to ensure efficient operations. Address any issues or discrepancies that arise with supervisors or other team members.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse activities and inventory levels.
