Marketing Supervisor/Manager, Rizal

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive occupancy and revenue. The role requires strong experience in events management and music production, with a focus on creating engaging hotel events and entertainment programs to attract guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase bookings and brand visibility.
• Plan and manage hotel events, live performances, and themed promotions.
• Lead entertainment programming and music-related activities.
• Coordinate with artists, performers, suppliers, and production teams.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, email, SEO/SEM).
• Oversee content creation (photos, videos, promotional materials).
• Build partnerships with influencers, event organizers, and agencies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Manage marketing budget and track ROI of campaigns and events.
• Maintain and improve online reputation (reviews and guest feedback).

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• At least 35 years of experience in marketing, events, or hospitality.
• Strong background in events management and/or music production (highly preferred).
• Experience handling live events, entertainment programs, or productions.
• Strong network and connections within the entertainment, events, or production industry (highly preferred)
• Knowledge in event logistics, sound coordination, and program flow.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, SEO/SEM, ads).
• Creative, organized, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
