Job Description:

We are Travel Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with flight, hotel, and travel inquiries. Ensure smooth bookings and provide accurate information to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist clients with bookings, modifications, or cancellations
  • Provide accurate information on travel options, schedules, and promotions
  • Record all interactions and maintain up-to-date documentation
  • Escalate complex cases to supervisors
  • Meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals

Schedule & Training:

  • Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Paid training on travel systems and company procedures

Requirements:

  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
  • At least with 1 year BPO experience
  • Excellent English communication and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
  • Onsite availability in Metro Manila
