Job Requirements

  • At least 1st year college undergraduate or high school graduate
  • Must have at least 1 year of US healthcare provider (hospital or physician billing) experience and AR collections experience
  • With above-average communication skills and willing to do outbound calls


Responsibilities

Customer Support (Voice/Non-Voice):

  • Answer calls, emails, or chats from patients, doctors, or insurance members
  • Assist with inquiries about medical services, insurance coverage, and billing

Medical Billing & Claims:

  • Process insurance claims
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility
  • Follow up on denied or pending claims

Data Entry & Documentation:

  • Update patient records and account information
  • Maintain confidentiality of medical data (HIPAA compliance)

Appointment & Case Handling:

  • Schedule or manage patient appointments
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers

Problem Resolution:

  • Handle complaints or disputes regarding bills or services
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions
