We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications
  • At least 2nd year college undergraduate (no back subjects)
  • With at least 6 months BPO (Call Center) experience
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
