Key Responsibilities

Assist Chinese technical staff in quantity take-off and cost estimation
Support preparation and submission of progress billing applications to the employer
Assist in the preparation and submission of variation orders (VO) and related claims
Work closely with the Contract Engineer on contract administration and documentation
Perform quantity measurement and calculations based on project drawings
Support cost monitoring and project evaluation for road and bridge works

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
At least 35 years of experience in construction or Quantity Surveying rolesProven experience in road and bridge engineering projects
Strong ability to read construction drawings and perform quantity take-offs independently
Experience working on projects under the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is preferred
Knowledge of DPWH Standard Specifications for Highways, Bridges and Airports (2013 Edition)
Familiar with the 2016 Revised IRR of Republic Act No. 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act)
Experience in preparing progress billing, variation orders, and contract-based claims documentation
