Customer Service Representative, Rizal

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This is a blended account where agents will handle customer inquiries through phone calls, email, and chat. The role requires providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
• Document interactions and follow company processes

• At least 6 months BPO experience
• Good English communication skills
• Experience in voice, email, or chat support is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite in Cubao
• Can start as soon as possible
