Salary Package:

19,000 0 to 5 months Call Center Experience

19,500 6 to 23 months Call Center Experience

21,000 2 years and above Call Center Experience

Qualifications:

At least B2 English proficiency level

Versant Score: 50 and above

With Call Center Experience

At least High School / Senior High School Graduate

Good communication and customer service skills

Willing to work onsite and shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries related to financial services

Assist customers with account concerns, transactions, and general questions

Provide accurate information and solutions to customers

Maintain professional communication and excellent service quality

Document customer interactions properly in the system
