Electrician, Rizal

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, wire, and terminate electrical cables (LV and MV) including power cables, control cables, and instrumentation wiring in accordance with PEC 2017 and project specifications.
• Install conduit systems, cable trays, junction boxes, and supporting hardware per approved drawings.
• Assist in the physical installation and alignment of electrical equipment including transformers, switchgear, and motor-driven systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on electrical equipment including cleaning, tightening of connections, lubrication of mechanical components, and visual inspection for signs of deterioration.
• Assist engineers and technologists in setting up test equipment, laying temporary power supply, and preparing work areas for testing and commissioning activities.
• Operate basic hand and power tools, cable cutters, hydraulic crimpers, and conduit benders safely.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Senior High School graduate (TVL Electrical Installation & Maintenance track preferred); vocational or technical course graduate is an advantage.
• TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) in Electrical Installation & Maintenance required if without PRC license.
• Basic proficiency in reading electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and cable schedules.
• Experience with cable termination, lugging, and crimping for LV power and control cables.
• Physically fit for strenuous field work including outdoor environments, elevated work platforms, and confined spaces.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites across the Philippines.
