Welder/Installer, Rizal

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Installer to handle the installation of blinds, curtains, and accordion doors for residential and commercial projects. The role includes measuring, drilling, mounting, and ensuring all installed items are properly aligned, secure, and fully functional. The Installer must also have basic welding knowledge to fabricate simple metal supports or posts required for accordion door installations.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform basic welding for overhead supports and metal posts
• Install window blinds (combi, roll-up, vertical, etc.)
• Install curtain rods, tracks, and curtain panels (sheer, blackout, etc.)
• Install accordion doors including rails, locks, and adjustments
• Take accurate measurements on-site; Verify dimensions and layout prior to fabrication and installation.
• Ensure proper alignment, secure mounting, and smooth operation
• Follow safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors on site

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least Vocational Graduate (with NCII Certification (Welding or related technical course)
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Welder ideally in interior fit-out, metal fabrication, or construction.
• Familiar with power tools (drill, grinder, welding machine, etc.)
• Physically fit and able to work on ladders and at higher areas
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Must be willing to render overtime and work night shifts when required by project deadlines.
