IT Supervisor (Hardware & Network), Rizal

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Ensure all security measures, including antivirus software, are current and functioning properly to protect organizational data.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including the setup of workstations and user accounts.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Supervise and mentor technical staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems and processes, recommending improvements to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other network systems, ensuring reliable connectivity and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical support or IT operations, with a focus on supervisory or leadership roles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
