Responsibilities

Attends to customer complaints and queries thru phone calls and social networking sites (messenger, instagram, viber, etc.)
Create promotional materials like flyers, presentations, and social media content to support marketing efforts
Handle transactions, manage order fulfillment, and coordinate with logistics for delivery
Find new customers through phone calls, emails, social media content, and online research
Track sales activities, monitor sales goals, and provide customer feedback to the sales team
Work with sales and other teams
Perform other related task

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and team collaboration.
Organizational skills and Attention to detail
Must be hardworking, trustworthy and able to work well with others
