Retail Sales Associate, Rizal

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales growth by actively engaging with clients, responding to inquiries, promoting company services, and supporting the sales team in achieving weekly and monthly targets. The role involves client follow-ups, lead conversion, promotional activities, and coordination with the Sales Head to ensure successful inspections and closed deals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and consistently meet assigned weekly sales quotas.
• Ensure all customer inquiries are promptly, professionally, and accurately answered.
• Follow up with undecided or potential clients to encourage inspections and close deals.
• Contribute significantly to generating clients for site inspections and successful sales closures.

• Actively participate in posting advertisements and executing promotional tactics across various platforms to generate leads.
• Support sales campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility and client acquisition.

• Assist the Sales Head with all sales-related matters, including client coordination, documentation, and reporting.
• Perform job-related tasks and requests as assigned by the Sales Head or management.

• Contribute to overall team efforts by accomplishing related sales tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties relevant to the position and aligned with company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS/BA in Business administration Major in Marketing Management, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
• 12 years of experience in sales (interior/fit-out industry preferred) is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of sales functions
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
