Operations Supervisor, Rizal

Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes for new drivers, ensuring a smooth and efficient procedure flow.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
• Gather, analyze, and act upon feedback and issues from drivers, continuously improving our operational processes.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact the business, and develop proactive solutions.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as Driver Management, Marketing, Product Management, Special Projects, and Offsite Operations to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the operations team.4

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in operations, retail, logistics, or service industries.
• Capable of managing both administrative and frontline teams.
• Familiar with basic reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).
• Strong background in customer-facing operations.
• Willing to work onsite in Antipolo Rizal, with a 6-day workweek.
