Role Description

Guest Care Officers at the award-winning Masungi Georeserve manage the end-to-end customer experience from inquiries to post-visit feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay.
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, leaving a positive impression.
• Manage the online reservations system
• Track payments and calendaring
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Provide personal and timely service via phone calls, emails, and SMS
• Provide administrative support to the team

Role Requirements:

• This is a stay-in role. Theres a modest on-site living quarters in Baras, Rizal (Km. 45 Marcos Highway)
• This role requires work for 6 days a week, from Tuesday to Sunday.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• 13 years in a customer service or hospitality role
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
