Finance Assistant, Rizal

Transaction Management: Monitor and track daily/weekly financial transactions and collections flow.

Tax Compliance: Prepare Input/Output VAT reports and Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) filings.

Payroll Support: Prepare Salary Reports specifically for BIR Form 1601-C filing.

Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial forecast reports.

Collections: Conduct proactive collections by calling clients and performing on-site client visits when necessary.

Bookkeeping & Documentation: Record and maintain check vouchers, liquidations, reimbursements, bank transfers, and online payments.

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Finance Assistant, Accounting Clerk, or in a similar role.

Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting.

High attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills (especially for client collections).

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks under deadlines.
