Job Title: Admin Driver

Job Summary:

The Admin Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for company executives and managers. The role also includes supporting administrative and logistical needs, ensuring vehicle readiness, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and transport company executives and managers to meetings, offices, and other official destinations
• Ensure punctuality and plan routes efficiently using navigation apps to avoid traffic delays
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness of assigned vehicle at all times
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Assist with administrative errands, document deliveries, and other support tasks as required
• Observe strict confidentiality regarding company matters and passenger information
• Comply with company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance

Qualifications:

• Valid professional drivers license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a company or executive driver
• Knowledgeable in using Waze, Google Maps, and other navigation applications
• Familiar with major routes, traffic conditions, and alternative roads
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours when required
• Trustworthy, discreet, and highly professional
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
