Job Title: Senior Leasing Officer

Job Summary:

The Senior Leasing Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing leasing operations to ensure optimal occupancy, revenue generation, and strong tenant relations. The role requires strategic planning, leadership, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support the companys leasing objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least three (3) years of working experience in a managerial or supervisory position, preferably in leasing, property management, or real estate.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and leasing or property management systems.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Supervise and guide leasing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage lease negotiations, contract preparation, renewals, and amendments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and business partners.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Legal, and Operations departments regarding lease-related concerns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental rates to support management decisions.
• Prepare regular leasing reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely resolution of tenant concerns.
