JOB TITLE: Process Analyst Manufacturing

Location: San Mateo, Rizal

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and process improvement concepts
• Basic understanding of data analysis, workflow mapping, and documentation
• Proficient in MS Excel and other basic productivity tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in San Mateo, Rizal

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Assist in process mapping, time and motion studies, and workflow analysis
• Collect, organize, and analyze production data for reporting and decision-making
• Support the implementation of process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure process alignment
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to process performance
