Wood Joinery Production Supervisor, Rizal

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating joinery teams managing and scheduling the activities of joiner and other education staff, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedule
• Overseeing the entire production cycle, from material preparation to final product finishing, ensuring adherence to production schedules
• Implementing and maintaining quality control measures throughout the production process to meet production targets
• Identifying and resolving production related issues such as shortages, equipment malfunctions and or process bottlenecks
• Estimating material requirement for projects and ensuring their timely availability
• Ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of carpentry machine and tools to optimize performance
• Promoting a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with relevant safety and industry regulations

Skills & Qualification:

• Vocational course, graduate, TESDA graduate, or at least high school graduate
• At least 5 years' experience handling Joinery production
• Knowledge in Beam Saw, Edge Bander, Multi Boring Machine and other tools operation
