Marketing Specialist, Rizal

Major Responsibilities:

• Support development and deployment of marketing strategies to drive loan and deposit growth, promoting cross-selling of bank offerings, and enhancing brand visibility.
• Conduct field visits in rural communities to engage stakeholdersfarmers, fisherfolk, microentrepreneursproviding financial education and developing trust-building relationships.
• Aid in processing loan or deposit applications, ensuring completeness, proper documentation, and readiness for approval or booking.
• Track application status, follow up on missing requirements, and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in onboarding clients and delivering after-sales service and account maintenance.
• Coordinate with branch staff, and service providers to facilitate client interactions, document handling, and delivery of marketing activities.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 02 years of experience in marketing or related fields; preferably with sales experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
