Sales Coordinator (Factory)

File Proforma Invoices for local orders.
Prepare and file Delivery Receipts for local orders.
Coordinate with clients regarding permits or other delivery requirements.
Coordinate with showroom for any sales-related concerns which need to be transmitted to the factory.
Prepare and send product quotations to clients via email when necessary.
Follow up with clients through telephone, SMS, or email regarding previously sent quotations when necessary.
Prepare and monitor accounts receivable for local orders.
Prepare and forward Billing Advise documents to customers.
Follow up on local receivables with customers.
Visit showroom as needed to update work progress of Sales Designers.

Job Specifications

College graduate with a formal degree in Business Administration (or similar).
At least 1 year work experience related to sales and retail operations.
Ability to speak and write in English.
Proficient in using Google, Yahoo, or Outlook email.
Good mastery of Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and other programs or applications related to business communication.
