JOB OVERVIEW:
- Tracking deliveries, scheduling shipments, and resolving delays or issues.
- Assisting with receiving, unpacking, and dispatching goods, ensuring proper handling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field
- Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Familiarity on using delivery couriers like LBC, J&T Express, JRS Express, Transportify, Grab, Lalamove
- Basic knowledge on accommodation booking (via facebook or klook etc.)
- Proficient in GSuite & Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach
- Knowledge of WhatsApp, WeChat, Viber, Email (Advantage but not required)
