Job Description:

The CSR for a Content Moderator account is responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it follows community standards and client policies. The role includes addressing user concerns and escalating sensitive cases when necessary. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a safe and positive online environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content
  • Remove harmful or inappropriate posts
  • Respond to user comments/messages
  • Escalate sensitive cases
  • Maintain reports and logs


Qualifications:

  • HS Gradute (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate
  • With 1 year combined experience (BPO or customer-facing role)
  • 1 year BPO experience
  • 1 year customer-facing experience
  • 6 mos BPO + 6mos customer facing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiar with major social media platforms
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules
