Position: General Ledger Assistant Manager

Industry: Shared Services Company (Automotive)

Location: Cebu Business Park Cebu City

Salary: Php40,000 - Php65,000

Schedule: Monday- Friday

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Accounting or any related.
• With at least 2 years of experience in record to report and end to end general accounting process.
• with at least 1-2 years of experience in Team lead.
• knowledgeable in accounting software SAP or ERP system.
• Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gathering financial data from global sources, including sales, expenses, and asset movements.
• Processing validated data into journal entries and posting them to the general ledger.
• Analyzing performance metrics, identifying significant variances, and preparing explanatory notes for reports.
• Maintaining and updating the general and subsidiary ledgers across all global entities.
