Admin Assistant, Rizal

The Administrative Assistant will provide on-site administrative and clerical support to the Property or Leasing team. This role ensures smooth daily operations at the assigned site by handling documentation, tenant coordination, office organization, and assisting in lease and property-related activities.

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Property or Leasing team.
• Handle and organize site documents such as lease contracts, reports, permits, and correspondence.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
• Assist in monitoring tenant concerns, requests, and communications.
• Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for site-related issues.
• Monitor office supplies, utilities, and inventory for the site office.
• Handle collection schedules, acknowledgment receipts, and assist in petty cash liquidation.
• Support leasing activities such as tenant move-in/move-out documentation, and updating lease tracking sheets.
• Ensure proper filing of physical and digital records for easy retrieval.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Property/Leasing Manager.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related course.
• At least 12 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in property management, leasing, or real estate.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned to any project site.
