- Manage daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and organizing meetings for staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing of payroll
- Checking of agency hired employees
- Attend to employees concern both-in-house and agency hired
- And all other HR related concerns.
- Processing bills, invoices and payment.
- Prepare of monthly withholding and VAT reports.
- Prepare monthly expense reports
- Organizing and filling of documents such as receipts, invoices and other financial documents.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a Accounting, Financial Management, Business ad. any relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 13 years of experience in an office administration/ Office staff role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment, may require sitting for extended periods.
