Digital Marketing Specialist (Manila/Bangkok), Rizal

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote PayPerClipClub, targeting both content creators and fans.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to inform data-driven marketing strategies.
• Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
• Support the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content drafting and template design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing the company website, including regular content updates and implementation of SEO best practices.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing, social media, and content monetization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with social media management tools.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus, but not required.
