Description
- Bachelors degree graduate, or at least completed 3rd year of college
- Preferably with field sales or related experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Preferably residing within or near the assigned base area/territory
- Ensure consistent coverage and engagement with medical and paramedical professionals
- Manage territory programs and special projects to achieve targeted sales for assigned products
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with medical specialists (MS)
- Effectively implement sales tactics and submit timely, accurate reports
- Actively participate in all training and developmental initiatives
- Contribute meaningfully to team meetings and division-wide activities
- Engage in relevant networking programs and professional events
- Strengthen existing customer relationships and drive account growth
- Identify and develop relationships with strategic Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
