Sales Agent, Rizal

• Be assigned to designated area/s within NCR
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the NCR region
• Look for potential clients and expand customer base consistently
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through consistent communication and visits
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Monitor and gather information on competitors activity, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities
• Submit market survey reports, new product demands, and regular updates to the management team
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives

Job Requirements

• MUST HAVE a motorcycle or car with a valid drivers license.
• MUST HAVE experience in selling bulk quantities of frozen meats like chicken, pork and beef.
• Proven sales experience in HORECAS accounts, specifically with meat selling/distribution.
• Ability to prepare proposals and conduct sales forecasting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy; able to use digital tools for reporting, presentations, and client communication.
• Willing to do field sales work and regular client visits.
• Flexible with deployment and schedule, including attending client events or meetings as needed.
