- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Take initiative to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the growth of the business
- Handle billing process and agreements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications email and phone

- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management major in Financial Management or other related field
